6. Subscription and Payment (If Applicable)
- Any paid services must be purchased through the Platform.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- All transactions are subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.
7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Lagin Ghai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform. Lagin Ghai is not responsible for content posted by users.
8. Limitation of Liability
- User-generated content
- Actions, conduct, or interactions of users outside the Platform
- Unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse beyond reasonable control
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
