This Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made on the Lagin Ghai Matrimony LLP platform (“Lagin Ghai”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing any paid service, subscription, or feature on our website or mobile application (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by this Policy.

- Paid membership or subscription plans
- Premium profile features
- Contact visibility or communication features
- Promotional or add-on services offered from time to time

3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways using:
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Other digital payment methods supported by our payment partners
Lagin Ghai does not store any card, UPI, or banking credentials.
4. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified at checkout
- Lagin Ghai reserves the right to revise prices or plans at any time without prior notice
- Price changes will not affect payments already completed
5. Payment Confirmation
- The user will receive confirmation on the Platform and/or via registered email
- Access to the purchased service will be activated as per the selected plan
- If payment is deducted but service is not activated, users must contact support for resolution
6. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Transactions
- Failed transactions: No service will be activated
- Pending transactions: Resolution depends on the payment gateway or bank
- Duplicate payments: Verified excess amounts will be refunded
Lagin Ghai is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
7. Refund & Cancellation
- All payments made on the Platform are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical errors attributable to Lagin Ghai, duplicate payments, or legal/regulatory requirements
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
8. Subscription Validity & Termination
- Paid subscriptions are valid only for the selected duration
- Early termination by the user does not entitle them to a refund
- Lagin Ghai reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of policy violations or misuse, without refund
9. Fraud Prevention
- Payment fraud
- Chargebacks without valid cause
- Misuse of payment systems
Such activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, along with legal action if required.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers
- Loss resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user
- Unauthorized transactions beyond reasonable control measures
11. Policy Updates
This Payment Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of paid services signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
